From the beginning of our introduction (which was a referral from our Attorney where we live in another state) to that very first telephone call, we have had an exceptional customer relationship with every member of the Derrick Law Firm. Our initial contact was with Attorney Kristie Shaw and then Attorney Dirk Derrick. They both were extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and my injury. Having never sought legal action before, we found ourselves in unknown territory. Dirk, Kristie and their entire team answered every question, took every phone call and took time on each communication to make certain our needs were met. Throughout the entire experience, from the beginning to the successful conclusion, we never felt like just another client.
