- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Call system for this place is very bad. You call your local office cause they tell you your required to fix certain issues! Then a person in CA or TX picks up the phone... Or calls you back with the call back service! Just to tell you you need to call your local office! Kinda frustrating though I bet they do this intentionally to discourage people sad........ only reason even gave this 2 stars was place it's self fine people seem okay. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The black lady with the braids helping out my daughter is a complete degenerate. Al she wanted was her correct SS card for her name change, and this idiot wanted her to have a "Naturalization paper" She was born here moron!! She's not an illegal, but if she was you would have probably helped her out. Not only that but she kept her i.d. My daughter had to get a police officer involved!!By TJ Snyder, December 31, 2016
